ETHICAL TRADING INITIATIVE
Concord Marketing Solutions complies and adheres to the ETI Ethical Trading Initiative Base Code, an internationally recognized set of labour standards in line with the UN Guiding Principles on Business Human Rights and ILO (International Labour Organization) conventions. It is used by ETI members and others to drive improvements in working conditions around the world. The code references the following principles that are incorporated into our business practices and policies on human rights in the workplace.
- Employment is freely chosen.
- Freedom of association and the right to collective bargaining are respected.
- Working conditions are safe and hygienic.
- Child labour shall not be used.
- Living wages are paid.
- Working hours are not excessive.
- No discrimination is practiced.
- Regular employment is provided.
- No harsh or inhumane treatment is allowed.
